At The Dime Lab, we stand by the quality of our performance gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your gear.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned equipment within 5 business days of arrival and issue a refund to your original payment method.
